Together with the baking powder, sift the flour.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Softened butter whisk with sugar, vanilla. Add cottage cheese to the butter and whisk for another minute. Add two eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.
Add flour to the mass and knead the dough.
Lubricate the mold with oil, warm up the oven to 180C.
We put a little dough in the mold, sprinkle dried apricots on top, then the dough again. Bake for about 45-60 minutes, depending on your oven.
The finished spring cake is cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Instead of powder, you can pour icing sugar.
