Step-by-step cooking
Every mother wants her child to eat not only hearty and delicious food, but also healthy. Of course, only a caring mother can cook such a meal. Ever since I was a teenager, I have in my arsenal a culinary recipe for kefir cookies that are amazing to my taste. It is about him that I will talk now. So, we begin the preparation of this sweetness by thoroughly mixing granulated sugar with slightly warmed kefir, then adding about a pinch of salt to the mixture. After that, cold margarine (or butter) grate on a medium grater and then add about a pinch of baking soda to it. Now we mix all our ingredients thoroughly, then gradually pour the pre-sifted flour into the mass we received. After that, we roll the same-sized tortillas from the resulting dough and place them on a greased baking sheet. Now we put our half-baked cookies in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
