Cooking method
A great option for quick baking for a family tea party or for treating unexpected guests. Cooking is simple, the products are the most common and affordable, it takes almost no time. With all the advantages, the result is simply excellent! Both small children and adult households will be delighted with such a delicacy.
The cupcake is obtained with a divine smell and melting in the mouth. And now let's take a closer look at how it is prepared...
It is important to keep in mind that the products for making cupcakes should be of the same temperature - room temperature. Therefore, we extract the fermented baked milk, eggs and butter from the refrigerator in advance. Also, we wash cranberries (or other dried fruits) in advance, soak for 5 minutes in warm water, then drain the water, and dry the berries.
In a deep container of large size, we break the eggs, after which we pour granulated sugar to them. We also add vanilla sugar there. Beat the mixture with a whisk or mixer until fluffy. We put the softened butter in a container and beat everything well again.
Pour ryazhenka into the dough, spread the prepared cranberries (or other additives that it was decided to use - crumbled chocolate, pieces of dried fruits, various nuts). Mix everything together. The last step is to sift flour into a separate bowl, pour baking powder to it, mix them with a whisk or fork. Add parts to the rest of the ingredients, kneading the dough.
Fill the dough form, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil, by two-thirds. We put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. We check the cupcake for readiness with a wooden skewer (the dough does not stick when pierced - the cupcake is ready).
Let the cupcake stand in the form for 5-10 minutes, then remove it from the mold and put it to cool on the grill. We decorate the finished cupcake to your taste - icing, melted chocolate, etc. You can just sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Have a nice tea party!
