Pre-wash, and then soak the raisins and prunes.

While the cakes are being baked, we prepare the cream. Beat the softened butter, then pour in the condensed milk and sour cream, continuing to beat until smooth. We put the cream in the refrigerator so that it thickens.

Leave the cakes to cool.

The cooled cakes are smeared with cream.

Now decorate the cake. Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts.

We fill the pastry syringe with cream, we expose flowers or turrets.

Then I cut the chocolate candy into 8 pieces and put the cream flowers in the middle. You can put out pieces of nuts, pre-dipping them in melted chocolate. Put the cake in the refrigerator to harden the cream and soak.
