Step 1:
How to cook soup with vermicelli and chicken? Prepare the products according to the list. Take bottled or filtered water. Wash and dry the vegetables. Wash the chicken fillet, put it in a saucepan with water and cook for about 20-30 minutes. Then pull out the meat, cut into pieces and return it back to the broth.
Step 2:
Peel the potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and put them in a saucepan with meat. Cook for about 7-10 minutes.
Step 3:
While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onions and carrots. Rinse them out. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, and chop the onion with a knife.

Cover the soup with a lid and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Pour the finished soup into plates and serve to the table. When serving, you can sprinkle the soup with a small amount of chopped greens.
