1. First of all, prepare the cake, for this we break the eggs into the bowl of the mixer, add a pinch of salt, whisk until a fluffy foam.
2. Then add the vanilla extract and pour in the sugar, whisk for a couple of minutes, during this time the mass will noticeably thicken.
3. Sift flour with baking powder and baking soda into the resulting mass, and then cocoa powder.
4. After the dry ingredients, we introduce softened butter into the dough. Beat the dough until smooth, it turns out smooth and quite thick.
5. We spread the dough into a detachable mold, the bottom is pre-lined with parchment. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.
6. While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. To do this, beat the cooled cream to stable strong peaks. The cream should keep its shape well.
7. We cut the finished cake into two parts using a long bread knife, you can also use a thread.
8. We transfer the cream into a pastry bag, we put the cream on one cake with the help of an asterisk nozzle, or any other.
9. Cover the smeared cake with another cake, decorate the top with the remaining cream and raspberries.
The cake can be served immediately on the table.
