Cooking method
1.Turn the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for preheating. The baking mode is preferable to choose convection.
2. Beat the egg with sugar using a mixer at medium speed.
3. Pour the milk into the egg mixture and mix everything again with a mixer until smooth.
4. In a clean and dry bowl, sift the required amount of wheat flour. Add baking powder for a more fluffy dough, a little salt for a balanced taste. Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients together.
5. Pour all dry products into the egg mixture. Pour in parts to avoid a steep dough. Add odorless vegetable oil (for example, refined sunflower oil) and mix all the ingredients together with a mixer at low speed and minimum rpm just to combine all the components of the dough with each other. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
6. Prepare muffin molds. Silicone molds do not need to be lubricated. And in metal, it is best to use special paper molds so that the muffins do not stick to the bottom and walls of the dishes. Spread the prepared forms on a baking sheet.
7. Prepare the filling for muffins. You can use ready-made condensed milk, which can be easily bought in any store or supermarket.
8. Next, put the prepared dough into muffin molds, filling them by about half. Put a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk in the middle of the cake. Put the muffin dough on top again.
9. Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until fully cooked. As soon as the cupcakes are covered with an appetizing golden crust, they can be taken out. The readiness of muffins can be checked with a dry toothpick.
