Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 5 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To start, beat the chicken eggs into a suitable sized bowl, add sugar to them and beat with a mixer or whisk. It is not necessary to beat until fluffy, it will be enough if the mass turns slightly white.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add sour cream and condensed milk to the egg-sugar mixture and continue whipping. You can use a whisk. If with a mixer, it is better at low speeds. Make sure that the mixture does not splatter.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour and mix it thoroughly with baking soda or baking powder (you can with both).

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Add flour to the rest of the ingredients by spoonful, each time gently mixing it into the dough. The consistency of thick sour cream is obtained. Make sure that there is exactly such a density. That is, you can take either more or less flour than I do.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix until smooth.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Lubricate the form with oil. Bake 2 cakes separately. The baking time will depend only on your oven. It can take from 20 minutes to 1 hour. Cool the finished cakes.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Now start cooking sour cream. With a mixer or whisk, beat the cooled sour cream with sugar until the sugar dissolves. Don't interrupt, it's pretty easy to do. As soon as the sour cream becomes more lush, it is better to stop. Take the smallest sugar for this.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Cut the finished dark cake into cubes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

The white cake will serve as the base of our cake. Smear it with a small amount of sour cream. Put the diced biscuit on it. Each cube should be dipped in sour cream. From them, form a kind of slide on a white biscuit.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Prepare the chocolate icing. Mix together sour cream, sugar, cocoa and put it to cook on the stove. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring thoroughly.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

When the mixture starts to boil, add butter to it. Remove the dishes from the stove and allow the glaze to cool slightly.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Decorate the cake with icing. You can use a cooking syringe or a tablespoon. Just put the glaze in a spoon and pour the slide on top. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak. A hearty and delicious Curly Boy cake is ready. Enjoy your tea party!!!
