Cooking method
It is not difficult to cook homemade cakes on sour cream. To begin with, sift the flour, add soda and salt to it, mix everything well. Margarine is better to get out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Put it in the flour mixture and rub it. It should turn out to be a crumb.
In a separate bowl, break the eggs, add sugar to them and whisk. Put sour cream in the same bowl, mix everything, and then combine the contents of the bowl with flour. Knead the dough. If the flour is clearly not enough, add a little more.
After kneading, wrap the dough with polyethylene and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Using a round shape, cut out the future cakes. However, they can be of any shape! Not necessarily round!
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, spread the future sour cream cakes on it and send them to bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
Have a nice tea party!
