Before marinating the ribs, it is necessary to release them from the film that is on the inside of the ribs

Cut the ribs into portions

For mustard sauce, mix honey and Dijon mustard
Step 5:
Add the usual Russian mustard - it will give our ribs sharpness and piquancy

Add dried herbs to taste - I have basil

Now a little mix of peppers, or just plain black pepper and a little hot red
Step 8:
Add a little vegetable oil - it will help the meat to soak in spices better
Step 9:
Now add salt or, like me, add soy sauce instead of salt, my soy sauce is not very salty, so I added a little salt
Step 10:
Mix everything well and the sauce is ready!
Step 11:
Rub the ribs well with the resulting sauce and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours, or even better overnight
Step 12:
Bake the ribs at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, if there is a lot of meat in your ribs, cover them with foil for the first 20-30 minutes, bake the remaining time without foil
Step 13:
During baking, remove the ribs from the oven and pour over the remaining sauce
Step 14:
