Cooking method
A cupcake made without eggs and butter or margarine turns out to be just as delicious, but much easier, we can say that even to some extent dietary.
The consistency of the dough will be the same thick, creamy, only it is kneaded with refined vegetable oil and kefir.
We will prepare the cake mold before kneading – using a brush, we will smear it first with vegetable oil, and then sprinkle semolina inside.
The dough for the cupcake is prepared easily – first pour vegetable oil into the kefir, pour sugar, vanilla, ground cloves and beat with a whisk or fork for a minute and a half so that the components mix until smooth.
Then pour the flour with baking powder and now knead with a mixer for another minute.
Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
Add canned pitted cherries to the thick dough, mix and spread the dough into a pre-prepared baking dish.
We put the filled form in a hot oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes, and during this time we do not open the oven.
We take the baked cupcake out of the mold, it easily falls out if the mold is turned over, put it on the grill and let it cool completely.
When the cupcake on kefir without eggs is completely cooled, cut it into slices and serve it to tea.
