So let's get started. Margarine should be softened well and mixed with sugar, sour cream and slaked soda, while it is important to grind all these ingredients well. Add vanilla, a little salt and, of course, flour. knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Now let's take a colander and put cherry jam in it.This should be done so that the excess liquid is glass and the jam turned out to be thicker. Walnuts can be pre-baked a little in the oven in the shell, and then finely chopped.
An hour has passed since our dough is in the refrigerator. Let's take it out and divide it into 15 identical parts. Each part needs to be rolled out in the form of a rectangle about 30x10 centimeters in size.
Put jam in the center of each rectangle, sprinkle walnuts on top and try to roll it very carefully into a tube. So we will get some kind of logs of our future "Chocolate Winter cherry"
In a preheated oven on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, we place our pieces of logs. We will bake them only until they are slightly browned.
While the logs are baking, we will prepare the cream. To do this, whisk condensed milk with butter.
Now that the logs are ready, let's start building a cake. We spread the logs in descending order (5-4-3-2-1) and lubricate each layer with the prepared cream.
