    Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Lubricate it with butter. Pour the dough onto the parchment, evenly distribute it over the surface of the sheet so that the dough does not reach the edges. Bake the biscuit for about 30 minutes, focusing on the work of your oven and the size of the biscuit. We check the readiness with a wooden toothpick, it should be dry at the exit.

    Take the finished biscuit out of the oven, let it cool down a little right on the parchment. Carefully cut out a circle from the biscuit on a plate of the desired size. The remaining dough is cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
