Step 1:
Ingredients for pancakes.
Step 2:
We make minced meat from fish fillets using a blender. The crumb of the loaf is soaked in water or broth. Combine minced meat, loaf, egg, finely chopped herbs, salt, lemon juice, flour and spices. Mix everything well.
Step 3:
On a baking sheet covered with a mat or parchment, spoon out the resulting minced meat, forming pancakes. Bake at 180 degrees. 15-20 minutes.
Step 4:
While the pancakes are baking, make the sauce.
Step 5:
Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic passed through a press in one container. Salt. The sauce is ready.
Step 6:
As the edges of the pancakes are browned, we take them out of the oven.
Step 7:
Serve hot with yogurt sauce.
