Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix water, milk, salt,sugar, yeast.
Step 2:
Add flour and knead the yeast dough. Leave in a warm place until rising for 1 hour.
Step 3:
Filling: 1. Boil liver (heart, lung, chicken navels, etc., liver gives a bitter taste)- chop; 2. Boil the potatoes and mash the mashed potatoes; 3. Fry the onion in half rings. Mix everything.
Step 4:
The dough has risen. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the dough, straighten and pour the filling. Pinch from the edges into a circle. Straighten the resulting circle with your hands.
Step 5:
Sprinkle the formed cake with pieces of butter and put it in the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 250-280 gr.
Step 6:
Liver pie is ready.
