Fish in parchment with mushrooms and carrots

Trout baked in parchment turns out to be very tasty. This month I was inundated with red fish from Karelia. I already salt it, and fry it, and cook soups, but it still doesn't end. I decided to cook another piece of fillet in parchment envelopes. A long time ago I cooked salmon with zucchini in parchment. I remember that I really liked it then. I found an interesting recipe and that's what happened.
