Cooking method

7. We line the baking sheet with parchment, place the pies on it, lightly lubricate with milk with a silicone brush, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes, after which we turn on convection and brown the surface of the pies, 5 minutes will be quite enough.
