Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is softened by the start of work.
Step 2:
Beat softened butter with sugar.
Step 3:
We drive two medium-sized chicken eggs to the mass.
Step 4:
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 5:
Pour in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Mix it up.
Step 6:
The dough turns out to have the consistency of a cream, not very thick, and not liquid.
Step 7:
Spread the dough with a spoon into a greased form, it is better to take a split form, then the biscuit will be easier to take out. We level the dough on the surface with a metal spoon soaked in ice water. Thanks to this, the biscuit will turn out smooth and well baked.
Step 8:
Put raspberries on top. During baking, the berries will drop into the dough.
Step 9:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pie for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 10:
We take the pie out of the mold.
Step 11:
Served with tea, coffee or milk. The pie is delicious both hot and cold. Have a nice tea party!
