Mannik with cherries on kefir

Simple and amazingly delicious pie! Both children and adults will like it! It seems to be the simplest pie that I have in my arsenal. I usually bake it for breakfast for children or just when I want something delicious. Simple ingredients, and the process is even simpler. By the way, you can bake it with other berries - it turns out no less delicious.

So, pour semolina into a bowl, pour kefir into it. Leave for half an hour to infuse. At this time, beat the eggs with sugar. Melt the margarine, add it to the beaten eggs. We extinguish the soda in a small amount of kefir and put it in the same place, after which we mix everything.

Sift flour, add to the resulting mass. Stir. Add semolina with kefir, put cherries. Don't forget to leave some cherries in order to decorate the pie on top! Mix, but without fanaticism :)

Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with dry semolina, lay out the dough. Put the mold with the future pie in a preheated 180-200 degree oven, bake for 45 minutes.

When the pie is half cooked, press the remaining cherries into its surface. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!
