Step 1:
How to make cottage cheese cupcakes with raisins in silicone molds? I prepare the necessary products for baking cottage cheese cake.
Step 2:
I put cottage cheese, sugar, butter at room temperature, chicken eggs in a blender. I mix everything up.
Step 3:
I put the curd mixture into a bowl, pour in a little sifted flour.
Step 4:
Baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, stirring, add the sifted flour in portions.
Step 5:
At the end, I pour raisins, previously washed with hot water and dried with a towel. I mix the whole mass well until homogeneous.
Step 6:
In silicone molds, I spread the ready-made curd mixture in portions (molds without lubrication).
Step 7:
I put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, it all depends on your oven, for baking until golden brown. I check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick.
Step 8:
I take the finished cupcakes out of the molds, sprinkle them with powdered sugar on top and serve them to tea. Have a nice tea party!!!
If you want to diversify the taste of cottage cheese cupcakes, you can do it with dried fruits — dried apricots, prunes.
