Cooking method
1. Cream margarine grate or soften in a warm place.
2. In a bowl with sour milk, dissolve baking soda.
3. Pour in the yeast and sugar, beat in the egg and mix everything well.
4. Add margarine and, pouring parts into the flour, knead a non-tight elastic dough. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
5. Take the prepared dough, put 3/3 of its parts in a suitable shape, forming the sides. Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
6. Put the cherries on the test base. The berry layer can be made of any thickness.
7. At the top of the filling, form the top of the pie in the form of a lattice from the remaining dough. Grease with beaten egg with a pinch of sugar.
8. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 - 35 minutes. When the pastry is ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
