Step 1:
Grind oat and wheat bran into flour (this is done by a coffee grinder, a good blender or an ordinary mortar with a pestle).
Step 2:
Add flax seeds, baking powder and sugar substitute to the flour.
Step 3:
Add water, salt to the proteins and whisk everything to a light foam.
Step 4:
Add dry to the liquid mixture and mix.
Step 5:
Leave the dough to swell for 15 minutes.
Step 6:
Put the cookies in molds or on a mat (parchment).
Step 7:
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Allow the liver to cool completely. In a warm form, it is quite sticky, and when it cools down, it is crisp and light.
