    Put the dough in a greased form. There is a lot of dough, so choose the appropriate form for it. The size of my form is 31 by 11 cm. Place the mannikin in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for about 45-55 minutes until the skewer is dry.

    While the mannikin is baking, prepare the mixture for impregnation. Depending on how much juice was extracted from the lemon, adjust the amount of water so that the total volume of liquid is 100 ml. I got 45 ml of lemon juice and 55 ml of water.

    Pour lemon juice and water into a saucepan. Add sugar. Put the mixture on low heat, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the heat.

    Remove the finished mannikin from the oven and soak it with lemon syrup on top. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Then transfer to a platter and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
