Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min

1. Chicken fillet is washed, boiled in lightly salted water for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling, then removed and allowed to cool slightly, after which we cut very finely.

2. Meanwhile, roll out the dough into a very thin layer, no thicker than 1 mm, cut into squares, put each square into muffin molds, cover the dough with small pieces of parchment and pour the load in the form of beans or peas. We send the dough forms to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

3. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. My mushrooms are also cut into small cubes. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden, then add the mushrooms and continue to fry for another 5-7 minutes. We spread the chicken fillet to the onions and mushrooms, lightly fry everything together, pour a little broth in which the fillet was cooked, salt, pepper, cook for another 7 minutes. Wash the parsley, chop it with a knife, put it in the filling, mix.

4. We remove the legumes from the tartlets and fill them with the prepared filling. Three cheese on a grater, spread on top of the filling and send it to the oven. Bake at the same temperature for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts on the surface.

Serve hot on the table.

Eat with pleasure!
