Step 1:
How to make a shortbread pie on margarine with apple-protein filling? Separate the whites from the yolks. We put the proteins in the refrigerator. Pour 100 grams of sugar into the yolks and rub everything thoroughly with a fork.
Step 2:
In a mixture of yolks and sugar, rub margarine on a coarse grater (for this it must be very well cooled). We rub everything well with a fork.
Step 3:
Pour in the flour sifted and mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough. It should be soft and smooth, should not stick to your hands.
Step 4:
We separate 1/3 of the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in a film (bag) and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. The second part of the dough is also rolled into a ball, wrapped in a film and put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Whisk the proteins to a dense stable foam with a whisk or mixer. In the process of whipping, we add 100 grams of sugar to them a little at a time.
Step 6:
Peel the apples, grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 7:
When all the ingredients are ready, we proceed to the final moment and see how to bake a grated apple pie. To do this, we take a large ball of dough, put it in a round baking dish (preferably split), slightly oiled, and knead it with our hands into a flat cake. We prick the cake with a fork so that it does not swell when baking.
Step 8:
Apples are gently mixed with whipped whites.
Step 9:
Lay out the filling on the base.
Step 10:
We take out a small ball of dough from the freezer and rub it on top of the filling on a coarse grater.
Step 11:
Bake the pie at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until browning and fully cooked. I baked it for about 40 minutes.
Step 12:
Take the finished cake out of the oven, let it cool down a little and remove it from the mold. Cut into portions and serve to the table as a dessert. Have a nice tea)))
