Step 1:
Ingredients for meringue.

Whisk the proteins into a foam.

Add sugar in small portions, beat the proteins to a dense stable foam. At the very end, add vanilla tincture (or vanilla sugar) and whisk for a couple of minutes.
Step 4:
Put a quarter of the whipped whites in the form of small cookies on a baking sheet.
Step 5:
Add chopped peanuts to the rest of the proteins.
Step 6:
Proteins with nuts are also laid out in the form of small cookies.
Step 7:
Dry the meringue in the oven at 110 C for 1 hour (or longer, the main thing is that the meringue is completely dried).
Step 8:
Ingredients for the cream.
Step 9:
Beat the butter. Add the condensed milk in small portions, beating thoroughly.
Step 10:
Add vanilla tincture.
Step 11:
Meringue with nuts is crushed to a state of medium-sized crumbs.
Step 12:
Add the crumbs to the cream and mix thoroughly.
Step 13:
From the resulting mass we form balls (12-15 pcs.). Put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 14:
White meringue is crushed into fine crumbs. We roll the balls in it.
Step 15:
Done. You can serve immediately. We store it in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal!
