Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take the products from the list.
Step 2:
Preparing the dough for our buns. First, mix the yeast with sugar in a bowl (1 tbsp. l.), add warm milk and less than half of all the flour, which we pre-sift. Mix it up. We put the sourdough in the heat for 20 minutes. Then pour salt and sugar into it and pour in the melted butter. We introduce the sifted flour in parts. Knead the smooth dough, form a ball, sprinkle it with flour, cover it with a napkin and put it in the heat for 1 hour.
Step 3:
When the dough is ready, we divide it into portions. We take a piece and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin cake. You can grease them with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 4:
Form buns. We roll the tortilla into a roll and pinch the edges. We fix the ends of the roll, forming a ring. We put the ring on the side and make a cut with a knife, not reaching the end. We turn out the product to get a puff heart.
Step 5:
We put the hearts on a baking sheet and leave them for proofing for fifteen minutes. Then we lubricate the surface of the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar (you can also sprinkle with chopped nuts).
Step 6:
We send the baking sheet to a preheated oven to 200 degrees. The buns are baked for about twenty-five minutes. Our pastries are ready!
I learned the culinary recipe of these delicious buns from my sister. She often baked them for the weekend and treated me to them, and then I wanted to cook them myself. So, I asked her to tell me how to bake sweet Heart Buns with sugar, and now I'm treating my sister to them! Thank her for this simple recipe, which I have now shared with you. The buns turn out very tasty, ruddy, appetizing. It's hard not to try at least a piece. This sweet pastry, of course, is not dietary, but occasionally you can pamper yourself. This recipe refers to Russian cuisine. Wash down with any drink that you like best.
