Step 1:

Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of kefir into a common bowl and continue to mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous liquid base.
Step 10:
Sift parts of four hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl with a liquid base.
Step 11:
Add ten grams of baking powder to the bowl in parts as well.
Step 12:
Knead the dough by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl at low speed of the mixer to the desired consistency.
Step 13:
We prepare a suitable form and cover it with foil from below, after which we cover the bottom with parchment.
Step 14:
Lubricate the mold from the inside with a small amount of butter or vegetable oil, after which we put the prepared dough into it, which we give a little time to stand so that it is evenly distributed over the form.
Step 15:
We put the mold in the oven heated to one hundred and eighty degrees for forty-five to fifty minutes, after which we turn off the oven and keep the biscuit in it for five minutes, then open the oven and leave the biscuit in it for another fifteen minutes.
Step 16:
After a while, we take the biscuit out of the oven and release it from the mold, then put it on the table and check with a toothpick for readiness.
Step 17:
Cut the sponge cake into the desired thickness of the cakes for further preparation of the birthday cake.
