Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 175C In a mold (the ideal size for baking this dessert is 15x25 cm, the size of mine is about 22x30 cm), spread out solid coconut oil and send it to the oven to melt it and preheat the mold
Step 2:
While the mold is warming up in a small bowl, mix the diced apples, cinnamon and ginger The size of the pieces depends on your preferences ) but try not to cut too finely
Step 3:
In a large bowl, mix buckwheat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder
Step 4:
Pour in soy milk and mix everything well
Step 5:
Get the preheated form with melted butter out of the oven Pour the dough into the mold, before mixing it well in a bowl
Step 6:
DO NOT MIX THE DOUGH WITH BUTTER IN THE MOLD this is important for a great result
Step 7:
Spread the apples evenly on top and again: DO NOT MIX ;) you already know that this is important
Step 8:
Send the mold back to the preheated 175C oven for 40 minutes. Keep an eye on readiness, you may need less or a little more time, the ovens are different. The dough should turn golden and keep its shape well.
Step 9:
You can serve dessert with ice cream, cream, and for the most ardent sweet tooth, you can pour your favorite syrup on top And of course - serve simply as a separate dessert. Bon appetit ;)
My perfect autumn/winter dessert. An excellent combination of apples, warming sweet spices of cinnamon and ginger is always warm, cozy and a sense of celebration. The rich, bright taste of coconut sugar and whole green buckwheat flour is a great base for a dessert that I would love to eat for breakfast.
If you really like ginger, you can replace ginger powder with small pieces of fresh - this is a separate pleasure for lovers.
You can also adjust the sweetness by decreasing/increasing its amount in the recipe. I strongly recommend using coconut sugar, try it and you will understand everything ;)
You can also use any milk that you currently have. vegetable (coconut, nut, oatmeal). Only it is undesirable that it should be with flavoring additives and sugar.
Try it and I am sure that you will definitely like it :) thank you!
