Cooking method
1. Beat off the steak (a little), put it in a bowl according to size, sprinkle with salt and spices, rub them into the meat. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Near the end of marinating, preheat the oven. The desired temperature is 220 degrees.
3. Fry the steak in a hot frying pan in oil on both sides for a few minutes each.
4. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, put the meat in it.
5. Put the mold in the oven, bake the steaks for 10 minutes (until cooked - the time depends on the thickness of the meat).
Serve hot, garnished with herbs and vegetables.
