In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix warm coffee, whiskey, 12 tablespoons of butter, stir until the butter melts.

Add sugar with the remaining cocoa, mix until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt, ginger and cloves. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla.
Step 5:
Mix egg mixture and chocolate mixture.
Step 6:
Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix well.
Step 7:
Chop the walnuts and mix with the dough.
Step 8:
Put the dough into the prepared mold, bake the chocolate cake for 45 to 65 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 9:
Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Step 10:
Or prepare the glaze by whipping the egg white and 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Step 11:
Glaze the cooled cakes.
Step 12:
The top can be decorated with colored sprinkles for cakes or sliced candied fruits, marmalade.
