Step 1:
Wash the mackerel, cut off the head, fins, remove the insides. Dry off the water and pour lemon juice over the carcass. Cut the vegetables. Potatoes - cubes, onions - half rings, carrots - circles. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil. Put some of the vegetables on foil (in the form of a pillow).
Step 2:
Put mackerel on a vegetable pillow, drizzled with lemon juice. Put the rest of the vegetables inside the fish. If you use frozen vegetables, first defrost them and drain the water.
Step 3:
Wrap everything in foil and bake at 190-200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 4:
At the end of baking, open the foil and brown the fish until a golden crust forms.
