Leningrad cookies on powdered sugar

Melting in the mouth, crispy and airy cookies. The same as in childhood! When I was little, it was my favorite cookie. Now it is also being sold, but it seems to taste completely different. Try to cook the famous Leningrad cookies according to this recipe. My family appreciated the taste, and cooking it is simple and not for long.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add powdered sugar.

2. Beat the mixture until it increases in volume by 3 times.

3. Sift the flour, mix it with vanilla.

4. Pour the flour into the egg mixture in small portions. Knead the dough quickly.

5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.

6. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag. Squeeze it out on a baking sheet in small cakes.

7. The baking tray with the future cookies should stand for an hour at room temperature.

8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. It should change color slightly and brown at the edges.
