Cooking method
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add powdered sugar.
2. Beat the mixture until it increases in volume by 3 times.
3. Sift the flour, mix it with vanilla.
4. Pour the flour into the egg mixture in small portions. Knead the dough quickly.
5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
6. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag. Squeeze it out on a baking sheet in small cakes.
7. The baking tray with the future cookies should stand for an hour at room temperature.
8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. It should change color slightly and brown at the edges.
