Step 1:

Step 2:
Pour two hundred milliliters of warm milk into a measuring cup, then add two tablespoons of sugar to it.

Add twenty grams of live yeast to the mug.
Step 4:
Pour one full tablespoon of flour into the mug.
Step 5:
Mix all the ingredients in a mug and set it aside for fifteen minutes to activate the yeast.
Step 6:
Break one chicken egg into a deep bowl.
Step 7:
Add one teaspoon of salt to the bowl with the egg.
Step 8:
Mix the chicken egg with salt.
Step 9:
Pour fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

On the next three tortillas we spread a uniform layer of slightly grated hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 27:
Tightly roll the tortillas into rolls, which we twist and interlock in the same way as the first buns, then spread them on a baking sheet.
Step 28:
In the same way as the others, we make buns with greens, then we put them on a baking sheet and put them on proofing for twenty minutes.
Step 29:
After twenty minutes, lubricate the buns with beaten chicken egg.
Step 30:
Sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds to taste and send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for twenty to twenty-five minutes.
