Cooking method
1. Grind the chocolate. Mix with butter, sugar, cocoa powder. Add egg, salt and flour, knead the dough until smooth. Add the soda slaked in lemon juice to the dough and knead well again.
2. From the finished dough, form a convex-shaped cookie and spread it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
3. Put it to bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for about half an hour.
4. During this time, the cookies will be covered with a crust, but the inside will still be raw. Now you need to get it out of the oven for filling with condensed milk.
5. With a knife or spoon, remove the top crust and put a little boiled condensed milk on top of the raw layer. Also, if desired, the cookies can be sprinkled with a small amount of sea salt, which will give the liver a special, unusual taste. Then bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Bon appetit!
