Cooking method
Once you have prepared all the ingredients, you can start cooking our magic cupcakes!
1. Take the dishes for mixing the products.
First you need to grate the carrots on a fine grater.
2. Next, mix eggs, butter, sugar in a separate bowl (you can use a sugar substitute, for example a sweetener (then you will need 5 sachets)) and add our grated carrots to this mass.
3. Then add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt to this mass. Mix everything thoroughly!
4. Optionally, you can add cinnamon, vanilla or poppy seeds!(I added poppy seeds, cinnamon and vanilla, it turned out very fragrant and delicious)
5. Next, we spread the dough into molds and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. We check our cupcakes with a toothpick for readiness
!ready! From this amount of products, 7 cupcakes are obtained.
You can also grease the cupcakes with slightly melted butter, sprinkle with chocolate chips or powdered sugar for beauty! (I mixed powdered sugar with cocoa powder)
