Step 1:
To prepare a sweet cake "Minutka", we prepare the necessary products with spices and add eight grams of dry high-speed yeast to a container with four hundred milliliters of kefir or fermented baked milk.

We spread the fillings cut from the dough on top of the decorations and, closing with a towel, put them to part for half an hour.

After thirty minutes, we lubricate the decorations from the dough with a beaten chicken egg. We put the pie form in the oven preheated to one hundred and seventy degrees for thirty minutes, after which we leave it in the oven off for another five minutes.
