Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients necessary for cooking the dish. Sour cream can be taken of any fat content, seasonings can be used to your taste.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel. To prepare the marinade: to do this, mix sour cream with salt and seasoning for chicken. To prepare the marinade, you can use any spices that you like, but I think that the chicken seasoning has all the ingredients necessary for chicken meat, so I will use it. Grease the chicken with marinade inside and out and leave to marinate for 40 – 45 minutes.
Step 3:
Wash the beer can, pour exactly half of the beer out of it and wrap the can in food foil. Put the jar in a baking dish (it is better to put the jar not just on a baking sheet, but in a mold, since a little liquid will be released from the chicken when baking) and put the pickled chicken on top of it.
Step 4:
Put to bake in a preheated oven to 190 °From the oven for 80-90 minutes (depends on the size of the chicken). It happens that it is advised to cover the top of the chicken with a sheet of foil so that it does not burn. But, I never burn the top, maybe it depends on the oven. In any case, keep an eye on your chicken, and, if necessary, during the baking process, cover the top part. In general, the finished chicken turns out to be a good "tanned" color.
Step 5:
Remove the finished chicken from the jar and let it lie down for 15 minutes. Then cut into portions and serve to the table. Juicy, beautiful and very fragrant chicken on a beer can is ready! Bon appetit!

Such a bird is suitable for the New Year, for birthdays, for a dinner party or an ordinary daily lunch. It is prepared very quickly and simply and always turns out to be flawless. The main thing is to always have fresh chicken, sour cream and your favorite spices on hand and consider the popularity of this recipe guaranteed to you. Enjoy!
