Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Before I start cooking cutlets, first I baked sweet peppers in a preheated 200° oven. Pepper wrapped in foil and baked until ready. Then put it in a saucepan for a few minutes, tightly covered with a lid (so the peel is better removed). While the pepper cools down, I started cooking cutlets.
Step 2:
I took the white stale bread, because it does not go limp in the water as fresh. I cut off thick crusts and broke them into pieces, and then soaked them in a small amount of ordinary water (I had boiled). You can pour milk over the bread, this will give a creamy taste to the bread, and then to the cutlets.
Step 3:
Minced turkey fillet with a blender (meat grinder). Finely chopped green onions. I combined minced meat, egg, corn without juice, bread squeezed from water and chopped green onions. Everything was salted to taste, peppered with freshly ground black pepper and mixed well.
Step 4:
Made small cutlets and fried them lightly on both sides in a small amount of vegetable oil, which she preheated. Then she covered it with foil and put the pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5:
While the cutlets were in the oven, I started preparing the sauce. I removed the seeds and stalk from the pepper, peeled off the skin and cut it into small cubes. All the garlic was peeled and finely chopped. Squeezed the juice out of the lemon. Then I combined the sweet pepper with dill, chopped garlic, poured lemon juice, added tomato sauce, salted everything and mixed.
Step 6:
I poured hot sauce over the ready-made hot cutlets. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. For decoration, you can sprinkle with chopped green onions and canned corn.
Turkey meat can be replaced with any other meat and cooked according to the same recipe. You can add garlic to the minced meat, the cutlets will get a completely different taste.
You can add hot chili pepper to the sauce, it will also be very tasty.
