Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

This pie is made easier than ever. And most importantly - everything is very simple, fast, and very tasty!! In this recipe, the number of apples does not matter, the weight can vary 500-700 grams. The butter needs to be melted. Add cinnamon and candied fruits or raisins if desired. I also really like to add nutmeg to such pastries.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. That's the number of apples turned out.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Eggs with sugar beat until white. Then I add the melted butter to the same place. I'm whipping it up. Then cinnamon, salt, vanilla, candied fruits, apples. I mix everything well.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

You need to add so much flour so that there is no liquid here. So that all the apples are "shrouded" test.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add the sifted flour, gradually. This is the dough I got.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

The form in which I will bake is greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina on top.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

For a golden and crispy crust, I sprinkle sugar on top. Preferably, of course, brown, but I don't have it :)

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

And send it to a preheated oven to 170 degrees, bake until ready. It is better to focus on your oven. It took me a little less than an hour.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

I let the cake cool down and take out their molds. A very ruddy, beautiful, fragrant and juicy pie turns out.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

I transfer it to the form on which I will serve.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

And you can invite everyone to the table. Tender, juicy, fragrant. It is good both cold and hot. It goes very well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I really hope that you liked the recipe, as well as us!! Enjoy your meal!!!

Today I have an apple pie recipe. Everything is very simple and fast, but most importantly - very tasty. There will be a lot of apples and a little dough, which is absolutely not felt. It's probably more like dessert. And with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it will be delicious in general. For the "highlight " of the taste, I added orange candied fruits. We really liked this pie!!I hope you will like it too!
