Step 1:

Add two hundred and fifty milliliters of warm water to the bowl, constantly stirring all the ingredients with a whisk.

Sift five hundred and fifty grams of flour into a bowl in parts.

After an hour, we spread the dough on a table greased with a small amount of vegetable oil and knead it well again.

Divide the dough into approximately equal parts and having kneaded each to a flatbread, fill them with the necessary amount of cooked cabbage filling.
