Cooking method
Beat eggs with sugar, add vegetable oil, sour cream and mix.
In the resulting mass, add flour with a cracker, mix everything - the dough is ready.
Put 2/3 of the dough in the molds, put three plates of pears on top.
Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished cupcakes with powdered sugar.
To make the cupcakes airy and porous, do not be lazy – beat the eggs with sugar properly, preferably white, or even better – to a persistent foam. Then gently add vegetable oil and sour cream, then mix thoroughly.
Flour must be mixed with baking powder and added to the resulting liquid dough base. Mix everything again. The dough for our cupcakes is made so easily and simply.
Take the molds, if you have metal ones, lubricate them with butter. This will help you to remove the finished product more easily later. And if they are paper (like mine), then do not be stingy, take several pieces of molds for one cupcake – so they will keep the shape exactly!
So, you need to put the dough into the molds no more than 2/3 of the volume. We need to leave space for the cupcakes to have a place to "grow" when baking.
Cut the pears into thin half-slices and spread them on top of the dough, I put 3 plates each. You see for yourself how many molds you will have in diameter.
Preheat the oven to 180C and put the cupcakes to bake. After 20-30 minutes, check for readiness with a wooden stick.
Take out the cupcakes carefully, let them cool slightly, and then sprinkle powdered sugar on top with a sieve.
These cupcakes have never let me down. The dough always turned out great. And the cupcakes themselves are tender and "fluffy". You can, of course, experiment and do with different fruits: apples, nectarines. Even add poppy seeds or raisins to them, or you can try with nuts.
These cupcakes are good to serve with tea and coffee. They are simple in execution, and at the same time they turn out very tasty! Treat yourself and your loved ones with delicious pastries. It's especially good to make them when it's the pear season and you don't know what to come up with with them anymore! But even in winter, just a couple of pears will be enough for a whole batch of cupcakes!
Bon appetit!
