Warm up the milk, add salt there.
Pour in the sifted flour, starch, powdered sugar and yeast. Mix everything together.
Add softened butter to the dough. Mix it up.
Beat the eggs with a fork and add one at a time to the dough, kneading well each time.
The dough becomes runny.
Knead everything well and put it in a warm place for one hour.
Divide the dough into small balls and put them on a greased baking sheet.
Let the buns stand for 30-40 minutes.
Grease the buns with beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
