Step 5:

Step 6:
Add flour to the dough.
Step 7:

Step 8:
Filling. To prepare the filling, we will need: several stems of rhubarb, raspberries and strawberries. You can also use currants, blueberries, blueberries and other berries to taste.
Step 9:
Wash the rhubarb, peel and cut into medium pieces.
Step 10:
Wash raspberries and strawberries, dry and remove the tails.
Step 11:
Put the dough in a form greased with butter and smooth it out.
Step 12:
Put rhubarb, strawberries and raspberries on top. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 ° C oven.
Step 13:
Cool the finished cake and cut into pieces. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. I did not do this, because firstly, it turned out to be moderately sweet, and secondly, powdered sugar will hide the whole beautiful multicolored surface under it. You can serve the pie with any drinks, but I especially liked it with warm milk. Enjoy your meal!
Initially, this pie was conceived without strawberries. Just rhubarb and raspberries. I saw the recipe from one author from the Internet. I liked the look of the pie and the combination of rhubarb with berries. However, it's time for strawberries in the country, so I decided to leave a handful for this pie. The pie will turn out not only beautiful in appearance, but also very tasty, because it combines my favorite berries and a very soft and airy dough.
Cooking this pie is easy. Even a novice hostess and even children can cope with it if they cook under the guidance of adults.
