Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I divided the eggs into whites and yolks. I add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat them to a soft foam. Then I add half of the sugar from the total mass and continue to beat until a dense foam.
Step 2:
While the whites are whipped, I start whipping the yolks with the second half of the sugar in parallel. To splendor and light whitewashing. If it is not possible to beat everything at the same time, first beat the whites, set aside, and then the yolks. Then I add softened butter. It is very important that the yolks and butter are of a single (room) temperature, otherwise the mass may be stratified. And I continue to whisk until fluffy, it will take 5-7 minutes.
Step 3:
When both masses are whipped, I combine them. This should not be done for a long time, at the minimum speed of the mixer. Here is such an egg-oil mixture should turn out. It is a little thin, but at the same time lush and airy.
Step 4:
Add baking powder and vanilla sugar to the flour, mix everything well. And sift in 2-3 passes into the egg-oil mixture. I mix it well every time. I do this not for a long time so that the eggs do not lose their splendor, but at the same time there should not be a lump of flour left unmixed.
Step 5:
That's it, this dough should turn out. It's thick enough.
Step 6:
Pour into the mold in which I will bake. The size of my form is 20*30. Pre-covered it with parchment paper. Leveling up.
Step 7:
Here is the filling that I will use. You can take absolutely any.
Step 8:
And spread it on top. Previously, with a knife on the dough, I drew the boundaries of each piece of pie. It was easier for me to spread the stuffing that way. I sprinkle sour berries with sugar.
Step 9:
Baked at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. But you better focus on your oven and a dry toothpick. If you want the fruit to sink in the dough, take a larger shape so that the dough layer is thinner. I'm letting it cool down.
Step 10:
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and you can try.
Step 11:
The pie is well baked, browned. It turned out to be very fragrant, oily, tender with a slight sourness of fruits and berries. So easy to prepare, but at the same time so delicious and beautiful.
Step 12:
