Coffee cupcake with cherries

Coffee and cherry are a classic combination in baking and not only. Recently I was making a cupcake in butter with cherries (https://1000.menu/cooking/36520-vishnevyi-keks ). My husband and I liked him so much that he asked me to make more, but with coffee. We both love coffee pastries. And until the cherry season passed, I decided to immediately fulfill his request. The cupcake turned out to be the same crumbly and soft. Coffee gives it not only a beautiful caramel color, but also an incomparable aroma. The saturation of the coffee color and taste can be adjusted, for example, take more coffee (2 tablespoons instead of one).
