Cooking method
To start, turn on the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees - let it warm up, but for now we will prepare the baking dish. If it is detachable, then we line the bottom with parchment, snap it and abundantly smear the walls with butter. You can use a silicone or glass alternative - then just oil the bottom and sides.
Proceed to the kneading. Mix wheat flour (pre-sifted), granulated sugar, semolina, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine the ingredients evenly, stirring with a whisk. Pour out 1 cup of the ready-made dry mixture and pour it to the bottom of the prepared mold, carefully leveling.
We rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it with a blender to get rid of large grains. It is better to use a natural, homemade product (we choose the fat content at our discretion, but it is better not to use fat-free) - then the finished product turns out to be especially tasty and tender. Add chicken eggs, salt and powdered sugar to the cottage cheese. We mix everything thoroughly with a fork or you can quickly beat it with a mixer at low speeds. We need to connect everything, but not interrupt.
We spread the finished curd mass on a dry base, level it and pour another glass of manna-flour mixture on top.
Apples are washed, peeled and seed box and grated on a coarse grater. If the variety is sour, it can be sweetened with sugar, and spice lovers can flavor the mass with cinnamon. We put the apple layer into the mold and fill it with the remaining glass of dry ingredients.
We heat the cream (milk) and pour the pie, piercing it with a knife to soak it all over the height.
We send the pie to the oven and bake at a set temperature for 40-45 minutes. Cool in the mold and cut into portions. Serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Bon appetit!
