Step 1:
To prepare honeysuckle tart, you will need the following ingredients: eggs, sugar, salt, cold water, wheat flour, butter, honeysuckle berries, sour cream, powdered sugar.
Step 2:
Making shortbread dough. Mix flour with salt, sift.
Step 3:
Add diced butter to the flour.
Step 4:
We grind everything until we get crumbs.
Step 5:
Add sugar, mix.
Step 6:
Beat the egg with cold water until smooth.
Step 7:
Pour the beaten egg into the butter crumbs, mix.
Step 8:
Quickly knead the soft buttery dough. We put it in a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 9:
Grease the baking dish (I have a diameter of 22 cm) with butter. We put the dough into a mold and form a cake with 3-4 cm sides with our hands.
Step 10:
So that the dough does not swell during baking, put parchment on the cake and pour dry beans or peas.
Step 11:
Bake the cake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Step 12:
While the cake is baking, we make the filling. In a blender, combine honeysuckle berries and sour cream, whisk.
Step 13:
Add sugar and eggs to the resulting mass.
Step 14:
Beat well again. The filling is ready.
Step 15:
Pour the filling on the baked cake and put it back in the oven.
Step 16:
Bake the tart at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

The finished cake is completely cooled, sprinkled with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and served. Bon appetit!
The main feature of cooking tart is the formation of a sandy base. The dough can not be rolled out, only kneaded with your hands.
For baking tarts, you can also use a silicone mold or made of heat-resistant glass with fluted sides. But a metal detachable mold is especially convenient, since you can carefully remove the pie without damaging it.
Another berry is also suitable for filling: strawberries, raspberries, currants.
