Step 1:
Prepare the dough. Pour 125 ml of warm milk into a bowl and pour 1 h l of dry yeast. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix it up. Through a fine sieve, sift 175 g of flour and knead the dough for 1 minute. Cover with cling film and leave for 40 minutes so that the dough increases by 2 times.
Step 2:
Let's do the stuffing! 1 medium onion cut in half and finely chop.
Step 3:
150 grams of pickled mushrooms cut into arbitrary pieces.
Step 4:
1-2 medium tomatoes cut in half and cut into slices.
Step 5:
170 grams of boiled sausage cut into rings and cut out hearts if desired.
Step 6:
150 grams of cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Step 7:
Putting the pizza together. We open the infused dough and transfer it to parchment paper. Lightly sprinkle with flour and roll out into a thin layer of about 4-5 millimeters
Step 8:
Cover the dough with a pre-prepared mold and lightly press down the edges of the mold, forming the contour of the heart. How to make such a form you will find here. Carefully cut out with a knife along the contour. And we remove the remains of the dough to the side.
Step 9:
Cover the prepared heart with a mold and pierce the dough with a fork.
Step 10:
Squeeze out a little ketchup and brush it all over the dough. And we will do the same with mayonnaise.
Step 11:
Sprinkle chopped onions on top and spread the chopped mushrooms. Sprinkle a little cheese and spread the sausage all over the pizza. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheese and spread the sliced tomatoes all over the contour. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 12:
The pizza is ready! If desired, you can also sprinkle with herbs and serve to the table. Such a dinner will add a cozy and romantic atmosphere to your daily life, and you will be delighted with the taste of this pizza!
