Cooking method
Pre-remove the butter from the refrigerator. Soft butter, vegetable oil and sugar are placed in a whipping container and whipped until smooth. Add vanilla sugar and starch and whisk again. Add the flour in stages by half a cup, first mix with a mixer, then with your hands and knead the elastic dough, which should not stick to your hands. The dough, like the future cookies, turns out crumbly, so we put it in a bag and send it to the freezer for 15 minutes. You can skip this stage of cookie preparation and make cookies right away, but it's much easier to work with the dough after the freezer, it doesn't crumble so much. We roll out the finished dough on a board, pre-crushed with flour, and cut out the cookies with a mold or glass. We spread the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. The finished cookies are removed from the paper and sprinkled with powdered sugar through a strainer.
